She's back!
The World HeritageCard off-season card 2024/25
Just in time for the start of the 2024 fall/winter season on November 1, we are launching the sale of our coveted Low Season Card.
This is a special edition of the World Heritage Card that offers guests and locals free admission to over 90 open art, culture, nature and leisure facilities in the Anhalt-Dessau-Wittenberg World Heritage Region during the classic low season (November 1 to March 31) – and at a discount!
The Low Season Card has something for everyone. Whether you want to experience the historic castle and church complexes, the romantic manor houses and impressive museums, spend relaxing hours in an adventure pool or visit the region’s beautiful zoos, the Low Season Card 2024/2025 brings together over 90 service partners that can be used free of charge at a one-off discount of 10% in the period from November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
A special tip for sustainable travel in the region is the free day ticket (network) for using the public transport services in the districts of Wittenberg and Anhalt-Bitterfeld and on the World Heritage Lines 304 & 310 to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Dessau-Roßlau and Oranienbaum-Wörlitz as well as to the Middle Elbe Biosphere Reserve and the city of iron FERROPOLIS.
So it is only natural that the World Heritage Card (at off-season or normal rates) is a first-class gift idea for young and old, especially before Christmas.
Background The off-season card is an additional offer to the six existing standard tariff models (24-hour and 3-day card, each as an adult, children’s and family version), which
is intended to increase added value and visits to the year-round facilities in the Anhalt-Dessau-Wittenberg World Heritage Region during the winter months.
The WelterbeCard off-season card is only available in the period from November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 via our online store www.welterbecard.de, as well as at the tourist information offices in Dessau and Roßlau.
