Guided tours between the years
From 27 to 30 December 2022, the Stadtmarketinggesellschaft Dessau-Roßlau, in cooperation with the Anhaltische Gemäldegalerie (Anhalt Picture Gallery), will offer guided tours of the park and Georgium Palace every day at 3 pm.
In the rooms on the ground floor, the history of the palace, its inhabitants and the picture gallery is explained.
The rooms on the upper floor allow an intensive study of the architecture of the building, draw attention to special details such as the artistically designed stucco ceilings and provide information about the future hanging of the castle.

Tickets are available for 12 € per person at the Tourist Information Dessau or directly on site before the tour.

The current opening hours of the Tourist Information Dessau are:
Monday to Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and
Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Tourist Information Dessau will be closed from 24.12. to 26.12.2022 and from 01.01. to 06.01.2023.
On 31.12.2022 it will be open from 10.00 – 12.00.
The Tourist Information in Roßlau is open as follows:
Mon 10.00 – 12.00 and 13.00 – 14.00
Tue 10.00 – 12.00 and 13.00 – 18.00
Thu 13.00 – 18.00
Fri 10.00 – 12.00
The Tourist-Information Roßlau is closed from 24.12.2022 to 06.01.2023.
