2-metre steel candle arch with Dessau motifs
The tourist information centres in Dessau and Roßlau are once again offering a wide variety of regional and original gift ideas this year. The highlight of 2023 is a 2-metre steel candle arch with Dessau motifs from the Dessau-based company MKB Metall- & Komponentenbau GmbH.
We offer unique items made in Dessau from the young and individual product line “LokalProdukt – aus Dessau”. Our range includes upbeat art and lino prints, handmade vases, figurative ceramics, original and exquisite jewellery series and individually made window pictures with Dessau motifs or greetings cards with winter views of Dessau and Wörlitz from Galerie Strauß.
New this year is a co-operation with the Dessau company MKB Metall- & Komponentenbau GmbH. An impressive Dessau steel candle arch is being produced there in collaboration with the Dessau designer Felicitas Mitsching.
Not only can we offer the regular version for the windowsill in our tourist information centre, but we also have the stately 2-metre version on site, which is a very special eye-catcher. “We are delighted to be able to present a few more local products and Christmas gift ideas to our visitors at the Tourist Information Centre again this Advent. It’s great to see how creatively many artists are engaging with their home town. The tourist information centre also offers calendars, books for young and old, culinary delights and experiences such as tickets and vouchers.
The current opening hours of the Dessau Tourist Information Centre are
Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm and Saturday from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.
